Hi,

I'm looking for advice on how to action the simple removal of our details from the White Pages residential directory.

Have been 'working' with the Orcon Service Desk in the Phillipines for the last couple of months on this and no result yet.

Originally requested back in March.  Have been on the Orcon-Yellow-Orcon merry-go-round ever since.  Yellow say only Orcon can do this despite it being their website publishing our data, against our wishes.

Each time I call the Orcon support person checks and says yes, it's on your file but has not been actioned yet, it takes two weeks.  When I explain this has been going on since March they 'flag it for escalation' which seems to do nothing at all.  I always ask for a follow-up email to confirm our conversation but these emails are promised but never sent.

It's frustrating and I hope someone here may have some advice to get this sorted.  Thanks in advance.

Telecoms disputes resolution... file a complaint and it will be sorted, hopefully.

Telephone directories, the last time I used one would be back around 2003.
