I've reached out via the customer portal but I haven't heard back from Orcon on this.

I'm currently on ADSL 100 GB with POTS due to my wired alarm and I also don't want to terminate my IP address on an Orcon supplied modem.

Is there an option where I can upgrade to ADSL unlimited?

Hi Steven,

I'm sorry to hear you haven't heard back from the team yet - this should be possible, but you'd be best to speak to our Sales team on 0800 56 46 87 so we can request it.

Cheers,

Cam
