It's come to my attention that Orcon have failed to deliver a full and proper invoice for the past to months.
Previously I received a bill summary email, with a proper tax invoice attached. But it now seems as though they are reluctant to provide a proper invoice.
Unfortunately the ignorant call centre staff in the Philippines do not seem to understand the legal requirement to provide a proper GST tax invoice for all bills over $50.
Is this the new norm? Or are Orcon playing fast and loose with customer support yet again?

Maybe contact the IRD about it if they have't provided it within the time required?

I cant remember the last time i received an invoice attachment from Orcon... I did query this a long time back with the same result as you.

You can log into my orcon and get a GST invoice.. theres a button for "view my invoice" with only the option to print so you will need a PDF printer if you need to save it.. to view your previous bills you need to click on the graph for the month you want.. (took me little while to figure this out as it doesn't mention this anywhere and I was trying to look for something along the lines of "view previous bills")

It's a bit of a hassle but it's easier than having to deal with them directly..
