It was worth going to geek zone straight away, rather than trying going through official tech support.

 

run speedtest to Telstra server in Sydney: 43/88/38 (ping/down/up)

 

 

 

One more thing please, how can I get a better ping?

 

I'm prepared to pay extra for UFB, if necessary.

If you are on VDSL now, then UFB will help with your pings somewhat.

 

Also testing to Telstra servers are not the best due to their peering policies. Best to try testing with iinet/internode servers.
