this time i left it off for 20mins befor plugging the power back in

I see your CRC fast counters are increasing? Do you have interleaving turned off?

Having interleaving turned off on a bad quality line is not recommended.

it probably is off if i remember i asked for it to be turned off well over 3yrs ago, couple of days later and look at that gone down to 2.2
