Orcon did raise their caps. For $80 I get 40GB from Orcon in Hamilton and now from Vodafone, I get 45GB for $90 on their red network on 1 premesis and 45GB for $55 on a nakes DSL premesis in Aucland.

Orcon is $136 for 90GB with phone line, Vodafone is $140 for 90GB after double your data. Both are neck and neck.

Do whatever you want to do man.

It ain't all roses. Vodafone are not offering more data on all their plans - only a selected few.

Hi, which plan you are using now ?
from here: http://www.orcon.net.nz/home/plans
the $80 Purple+ plan only 25GB per month.

My plan is Orcon@Home Silver+ , pay $132.84 for just 55GB :( , consider to change to vodafone.

Move off the plan??  That is what VF would want me and others to do.

At this stage, the plan is still too good to be true Smile so why should I move?

I gave that link to my brother some time ago as it looked to be a good deal. He phoned them about it, but was told it only applies to people who work for orcon, and it had now expired, and he said they were very cagey about it on the phone. They said however they couldn't stop them signing up to it on their website. He did, and I am not sure yet if the application was approved or not.
