Anyone currently having issues with iserves email customer support and getting a reply? I submitted a ticket through the hosting control panel on friday 9th, and haven't yet had a reply, nor even a ticket autoreply. I used to get a reply within a few hours before orcon purchased them, and I was assure that if it was sold, that the same quality of support would remain.

To update, still no reply from them. I don't even have a ticket number to give them on twitter to refer to.
