I have a customer who uses this service and they can't get access right now and since 2am Saturday morning just wondering if it's a known issue?

I can't understand a service like this not having 24/7 Support if only via Email or something. Business customers pay more, the services are more important and have a larger financial impact, and last but not least, Orcon has been promising business support in weekends for over a year.

Perhaps it's time to find another provider.

I still don't understand why we pay more for less service. I called to say my business connection phone line was not working on Friday at 7pm, and was told that they will only help me between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. For a PHONE LINE.

Disgusting service, and I'm reconsidering staying with Orcon as a result. They cost more, and the service is worse than any other ISP barring maybe Slingshot.

Yup discussion with the customer this morning has lead to a change of provider instructor.
