I've just noticed that the text in the EPG on my Magic TV 3600 is a bit jagged when compared to the EPG on my Sony Bravia TV. The text in the Magic TV's menus looks great, it's just in the EPG that it's all jaggie.
Is this the same for everyone or is there some setting I'm missing?
It is normal. MTV3600 is an old model, it only had standard definition MHEG for EPG display, even if your video output is 1080p or 1080i. MTV3700 supports MHEG HD so the EPG text will be much smoother. If your Bravia TV shows much smoother text than the MTV3600, it likely supports MHEG HD as well.
