Odd, I can't seem to find it... Done a full scan no new channels found with Media Center and its not on my channels list, well i can't see anything with that name or similar... :(

--- ignore me, I'm on D1. I keep forgetting, I was planning on moving my 2nd dish to D2 when C1 takes away Aussie TV

Thanks for posting. It looks like it might be a reasonable arts channel. My first decoder wouldn't see it, but my Hyundai one can. I think it's MPEG4 SD. A bit soft, but not too pixelated.

don't mess with me.... i'm the hd insider....

If you want to know what's on, ho here- http://www.ovationchannel.com.au/what-s-on-now
I would be very enthusiastic about this channel - if it wasn't for Andre Rieau.

I have now been watching The Ovation Channel for two weeks and I can really recommend it to anyore who shares my interest in music . Even those who tend to suffer fron "Andre Rieu overload" should find something else to watch !
One interesting aspect is that, in Australia, this channel is available via internet for a subsription on only A$10.00 per month with better rates for 3 month or annual subscriptions. On Optus D2 it can currently be received in New Zealand FREE. This is a major departure from the overpriced Foxtel and Sky NZ packages and hopefully may encourage or force Sky NZ to do similar deals with specialist channels like Rialto and Arts which can only be obtained as add-ons to Skys packages.

Hi folks

Just in case an XMLTV EPG data source is useful to you...
I've just added Ovation to my NZ Sat EPG scraper script:
https://github.com/mm1352000/NzSatEpg

Note I'm currently not actively maintaining the script as I no longer have access to Optus D2, but I will [eventually] fix bugs if/when reported.

Hope this helps somebody. :)
