Hi,

I have 1 Samsung TV that has Freeview HD built in and upstairs I have a set-top box with Freeview HD aswell.
On the set-top box I get 22 channels but on the Samsung TV I only get 11 channels. They are using the same antenna. I am not sure why, does anyone know why?

Thanks.

Where are you located?

Which antenna are you pointed at?

What kind of aerial do you have?

Which channels are you getting/not getting?

I'd imagine it's something with the connections, at the splitter or at the tv. You could try moving the set top box to the other tv - it should get the same amount of channels as the tv with built in Freeview.
