hdinsider:
Zippity: Where is the new channel?

Nothing on Sky or Freeview.

I am in Wellington.

Are you on Freeview satellite? It's not on satellite only UHF.
If you are on UHF, have you tried a retune?

The retune did the trick.

Thanks

I emailed them this morning on both these matters (aspect ratio and picture/sound quality); pointed out that if they want people to watch their channel gettings these basics sorted is a must. (That said, given the quality of many dodgy Bollywood DVDs - often with up to four three-hour movies on them - some viewers of this material may be happy with this!) Will post back if I get a response.

When Sommett and Choice were in their testing phase the picture quality was terrible as well.
