It shifted from Mediaworks to WTV multiplex.

Spark FibreMAX using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+. UAP, UAP AC Pro, UAP AC Pro Mesh, Apple TV 4, Apple TV 4K, iPad Air 1, iPhone 6s, VodaTV Gen 2. If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.

Retune your device it should reload it and remove any duplicates, if you are in an Apartment you may have to talk to the body Corp to get the Antenna seen to.

My PC tuner found it twice too. One worked, one didn't. Absolutely no problem with a manual retune on the TV and BluRay recorder.

A list of issues after the Auckland restack

The Transmission Providers made service changes on THURS 1 May. 
 There may be some impact to some Freeview|HD channels nationwide.  Viewers may see "no service" or "no signal" on the affected channels and should retune to restore any 'lost' channels.  More information here.


  • INVESTIGATING CODE-2 ERRORS CHRISTCHURCH | 5pm 5 MAY Some recorders are exhibiting CODE-2 errors when scheduling in recordings. The manufacturer DISH TV is working with the network engineer to investigate and resolve this issue.
  • INVESTIGATING Al Jazeera English not retored on ZINWELL | 10:25am 5 MAY Viewers using a ZINWELL ZMT-620 may not be able to restore Al Jazeera English following a retune, transmission providers are investigating to resolve.
  • CHECKING STATUS AUCKLAND NORTH SHORE Prime, ChoiceTV, Sommet Sports, Al Jazeera | 10am 6 MAY The transmission provider has reset the AUCKLAND transmitters on 5 MAY to clear any potential undetected errors.  If you continue to experience problems receiving these channels with your UHF aerial, and you live in NORTH SHORE, AUCKLAND, please see this discussion and post replies to it if need be.
  • RESOLVED GISBORNE PRIME & AL JAZEERA signal | 9:45am 6 MAY The transmission provider has replaced the GISBORNE feed with that of another city, field technicians confirm that this has resolved the picture quality issue.  Please retune your TV and receiver if you continue to experience issues.
  • RESOLVED AUCKLAND CTV8 & TV33 | 5:30pm 5 MAY Viewers who are still unable to receive CTV8 and TV33 after a retune, please retune again.  Most reports have come from SONY users, please refer to the SONY retune instructions here and ensure it is correctly carried out.  If you still have no success, please carry out either a COLD RESTART by switching the device off at the wall and disconnecting all cables, wait at least 30 seconds before reconnecting and retuning as well as a FACTORY RESET before retuning;  if issue persists, please check with SONY (see Channal 500 for contact number) to see whether you may need to call an installer. Thank you.
  • RESOLVED PROGRAMME INFO MISSING & RECORDING ERRORS | 5pm 5 MAY The transmission provider believes this issue is resolved; however some devices must be switched off at the wall for a few moments before retuning to correct this.
  • RESOLVED INVERCARGILL PRIME broken pictures  |  4:30pm 2 MAY Viewers have reported picture quality issues specific to PRIME.  Transmission provider has addressed this problem. If you continue to experience reception issues on PRIME, please reconnect your aerial cable and retune.
  • RESOLVED WHANGAREI CHANNEL NORTH  | 4pm 2 MAY transmission provider has resolved the loss of CHANNEL NORTH in Whangarei and a similar issue in INVERCARGILL for CUE TV was resolved also.  Please reconnect your aerial cable and retune if required to restore these 2 local channels.
  • RESOLVED HAWKES BAY TVHB (LOCAL CHANNEL) | 4pm 2 MAY TVHB should now be back online in Hawke's Bay.  If required, pleaseretune your device. Thank you.
  • RESOLVED WHANGANUI TV3, FOUR, TV3+1, C4  & Al Jazeera | 12:34pm 2 MAY Transmission provider has confirmed a fix. Viewers who have lost those channels after a retune, please retune now if required to restore them.  Discussions about this can be found here.  Retune instructions for various devices here if needed.
  • RESOLVED PALMERSTON NORTH TV ONE & AL Jazeera | 12:43pm 2 MAY If you've lost TV ONE, TV2, TV ONE plus 1 or TV2 plus 1 after retuning your DISH TV T1020 receiver in Palmerston North, please follow the DISH TV instructions specific for your device to retune again.  For T1020, please see here; for T1050pvr, please see here
