I still could watch Prime and  Al Jazeera English on 1st of May 2014.  However two days later, after friend of mine told me there was an update for the Freeview TV, I re-tuned my Freeview HD box - VantageHD-6000T-NZ, then I couldn't watch Prime and AL Jazeera English any more. It always displays system message either "searching for signal" or "no video/audio signal".  Since then I had tuned the freeview box many times,  but unsuccessful. Even channel 100 - Freeview/HD has system message " searching for signal".  Please help.

Can you get Choice, Sommet, Maori etc? If not then you're missing an entire mux. If you have those but not Prime then that's very strange.

How about TVSN or YesShop?

No. I got TV1, TV2, TV3, TV3 Plus 1, C4, The Shopping Channel.  That's all.  But when I tuned the channels, there are a lot in the list - TV - 26 Radio -3

Had a similar issue on both mt tvs. Had to completely retune rather than update the channel list. On my Panasonic tv it tells you it will delete everything and then retune.

I did many times completely retune, it comes out TV - 26 Radio - 3, but only 5 TV channels watchable, the others always display system message "searching for signal" or "no video/audio signal".

Thanks. I hope so too.  The strange thing is that it was fine before I retuned the freeview box after the 1st of May update.
