Couldn't find it on the freeview site, but there is a list at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freeview_(New_Zealand)#Terrestrial_transmitters

So from that info I might be using Waiatarua, Sky Tower, or Pinehill.  I'm on Auckland's North Shore.

In a general case, such as Auckland, you will need to look at the transmission site PDF which is available here from the Freeview website: http://www.freeviewnz.tv/coverage/coverage-maps.aspx

Select "Auckland" or the region (not area) where you live. Then find out the direction approx where the aerial is pointing to the transmitter,

If you are still unsure, then email though "Auckland (Unsure on which transmitter) "

I think the problem I have been having with the picture and sound spontaneously disappearing may be related to the radio channels 50 and 51. I looked at the EPG, pressed the next day button and TV One showed up in the EPG instead of 51. After changing channels the problem happened. It seems to happen when on 50/51 or after having been on those channels. 3.17 firmware.

Let's not get negative about this.  My cat loves that the MTV 3600 is never switched off these days because there's always a nice warm perch beside the TV.

==UPDATE FOR ALL MAGIC TV USERS==

 29th October 2014

Hi Guys

Testing is still underway, Pixel Magic cannot replicate the fault on the streams we have sent them so far.

The support desk is talking with a customer in Hamilton, we are also getting streams recorded from the Waitaurua transmission in  Auckland and we will be sending those to Pixel Magic for testing.

We will continue to update you on any progress as it comes through.

Cheers
