Yeah the signal is good! but they tend to turn off the pictures and leave the t.p running.

Is there a reasoning behind the existence of this channel? Because with the frequent black drop outs it would not be suitable as a feed to broadcast programs, also I've noticed there are no ads so it must be some kind of studio output.

Even the ads come and go. They were playing the ads last week, but then this week no ads.
