Im a TIvo user but ive now got a freeview recorder unit & so far im not impressed.


I've found 1 programme i want to record on my NEW freeview unit & apparently it was OK. ive found a 2nd programme but getting errors (Code -2)


Is there a website for these codes ?  






Apparently ive got a DISH T2200 (from the system information screen)




 EDIT: Apparently ive also LOST a channel I liked - (the one with all the renovation shows)

You can try unplugging the power and plugging the power back in, if this does not fix the issue then you can call our tech line while in front of it on either 0800 347 488 or 07 929 4123
