Is anyone else having similar problems?

I have a T2200 only a month old (cancelled sky), which keeps stalling or freezing and is unresponsive, the only way to fix it is to remove the power cord and reboot. Would have done this 8 times min in the last month.

As much as i hate sky tv, i zero problems with the hardware in the 5+ years i had them.

Mine also does this, and has been updated to the latest firmware etc, according to DishTV its down to signal strength in my area (South Waikato), although my Magic TV has frozen about 3 times since I got it several years ago and its on the same wiring

So What is your signal strength etc

Do you also get the picture freezing and the sound continuing.
