Just a quickie tongue-out

We had On Demand (TVNZ etc...) on our Panasonic (2017) Smart TV.   In the past couple of weeks it has disappeared.   Talking to Panasonic had no resolve to the issue.   Just a bit miffed (and my partner is very miffed, because usually I can sort these issues out myself).

Any how, is there a solution?  Has anyone been experiencing the same issues, and has anyone had any resolution to the issue?

Cheers :-)

Can you tell us what you have done to try and resolve the issue?

Have you tried a reset of the TV?

Is there a Freeview applic.

I have a LG TV and there’s no TVNZ on demand TV 3 applic etc, but there’s a Freeview applic.

Then once that is loaded all programs are in the one applic, or I think if press green, the individual applics show up, I.e they are inside the Freeview applic.

You talking about the old individual apps or the new all in one Freeview On Demand app? If the former you may find they have been deleted because they are obsolete. Only some TV’s have the new Freeview On Demand app. I would have thought a 2017 model would.
