If your cpu is running at 70% then you aint using x.264 hardware acceleration. Can you change codec's in power cinema? if so try a different codec.

Keep in mind that your 88GTS does not support full hardware decoding. It will do some but not like a 8500GT or 8600GT.

I've always had problems with software decoding ( which is essentially what your doing) in vista with both cyberlink and CoreAVC. With hardware acceleration (cyberlink) it's perfect. I've heard people report the exact opposite in XP.

FFDshow doesn't support hardware acceleration. It's almost guaranteed that using FFDshow you will *never* get TV3 perfectly simply because software based decoding does not perform anywhere near as well as hardware based decoding.

Arcsoft or Cyberlink H.264 deodecs support hardware acceleration and a supported video card will give you TV3 perfectly.
