I have a Satbox S8200 freeview box.  We have a universal remote "Harmony" as the original Satbox remote broke.  We have somehow managed to get the TV to flick to Radio.  It says to push TV/R button but there isn't one on the remote.  We have tried every button on the remote with no luck.  Anyone have any advice on how to flick our TV back to TV.  we want to watch the Rugby tonight!!  thanks

Guess you should check the remote is working - bring up the camera on your phone and when you press the buttons it should flash on the phone screen.

The Harmony software should have an on the device settings to customise the buttons - you should be able to find which remote button is configured to control the TV/R. Check this button is working. Check that you've got the remote set to the right device.

From the manual it looks like there is a Dishtv app from either Google play or Apple app stores which it looks like you can use as a remote. Would have to install it and have a play.

If all else fails you should be able to a factory reset which may return it back to tv. Menu, installation, factory reset. All recordings are supposed to be saved, but some of your options may need to be redone.

Good luck for watching the rugby tonight.

You cold get a new remote from DishTV and use that to switch back then teach the command to the Harmony Remote.

Hi,

I no longer work for Satbox, but if you have a smart phone or tablet you can download the APP which is a remote, as long as your box is connected to the internet already.
You can toggle the TV/R button in the app.

Hopefully this helps.
