After reading through the previous string on this specific subject, I am even more frustrated by Acer, so the 5920 DOES work??? Yesterday I was informed "reliably" that the reason was NZ's h264 format being a bit ahead of the rest of the planet and that we have to wait for the right codec's. Am I correct in assuming from the last discussion that this is only partly true and that a card-specific or even platform combination-specific  (ie Acer 8920G)codec is required?
Has anyone actually got their onboard DVB-T card working yet?
I had previously read that the Acer media player interferes with MC, and so deleted my Acer's copy.
Can anyone tell me if/where I can download another for free as I have now lost BluRay playability!!

Hi.

A third party product capable of playing blu-ray (eg Power DVD ultra, Arcsofts TotalMedia theatre) is going to cost money.

I'd suggest you go to your system-restore and go back to the last restore-point, prior to deleting Acers Media Player.

Good luck!
