What can I do to get this working?

When changing the service DVB-T PAL BG is the only option, though there is a save channels and edit option though. Had a look at the link but cant seem to find where to change it to the other.
Thank you :)

You'll need a rooftop UHF aerial to get a good enough signal I've found.

Check signal strength and quality in the preferences under the device icon.

Seems to need high signal quality and strength to get a picture.

If you have limited signal it is unlikley to help, what is your signal strength according to eyetv?

Where are you located?

Nope. You need a decent signal, then you'll be sweet. If you're in the Freeview DTT coverage area and have a rooftop aerial you should be fine. May need to adjust roof aerial?

I'm in Levin. Thinking about trying it in Palmerston North to see if it works better there. The signal strength is about halfway.
