today i am gonah go buy a 42'' LCD with a freeview HD tuner and a freeview decoder aswel since i dont have freeview HD at my current location.


do i have to re-align the sky satelite dish to receive signal from the satellite

No you shouldn't need to do anything to the dish as long as you know it has recently been working with Sky.

I'm using a Sky dish, to receive Freeview, that was installed about 8-9 years ago.

Hi, no you dont have to re-align it, just need to put the correct LNB LO info in, it will be either 11300MHz or 10750.

The OP did say that they will be getting a Freeview decoder.
