Hey guys,

Does anyone know how to get DVB-T Freeview MHEG-5 data into mythtv EPG for program scheduling?  My interactive viewer (F12) is able to view the MHEG data, but my mythtv EPG is all empty except for EIT data.

Cheers

Come and join us over on the NZ MythTV mailing list where I'm sure one of the guys will be able to help you out.

Quick answer is under MythTV you currently can't import it, you will need to setup an XMLTV source.

Generally known online as OpenMedia, now working for Red Hat APAC a Technology Evangelist and Product Manager. Still playing with MythTV and digital media on the side.

While it won't be any direct help for you at present the first tools for extracting an XML file from the MHEG5 EPG have been developed and have been discussed in a couple of threads on here over the last week.
