Hi,

Trying to setup TVHeadEnd to tune Freeview, unfortunately it doesn't have Optus D1 preconfigured. As such I need to add the mux manually, is someone able to provide guidence on what values I need to enter?

Thanks
PANiC

Brunzy: http://www.lyngsat.com/optusd1.html

Thanks, I've seen that website, but I have no idea how those values translate to the attached screenshot.

The Frequency is column 1 called Freq. TP e.g. 22500 for Freeview
SymbolRate is column 6 called SR-FEC e.g. 12456H and 12483H for Freeview
FEC normally set automatically when you do a scan is 3/4 for Freeview
Polarisation is H (Horizontal) given on the Symbol rate for Freeview

This is normally enough to scan for channels when set up for Optus D1
