I was looking into this a few months ago also. And I found a solution.

Dear Joel

Many thanks for your enquiry regarding our uHDMS solution. I am able to answer your questions as follows.

1. As yet we don't have any suppliers for your region, would you consider becoming a reseller for your region?

2. The uHDMS DVB Modulator (31Mbs DVB-T Output) has a SRP of £8,500 however we do offer discount to Distributors/Resellers.

3. HDCP enabled devices do not communicate with our encoders (due to obvious legalities). There are ways of circumventing this, the only legal one (in most regions) being to take the HDMI down to component using an HD Fury2. That means analogue encode which is sub-optimal.

I hope this covers the points in question.
