And again I have lost an entire reply

My Aerial, is I believe from looking at google maps, pointed at Te Aroha (well on the map it appears to be part way between Te Aroha township and KatiKati, but I'd say thats where the transmitter is)

Yeah, the transmitter is up in the hills so partway between the town and Katikati is right. I don't believe that there are any other transmitters around there so I'm not sure what else you could be picking up!

You're missing a few!

I can't see those Rotorua ones here. The plot thickens...

Look in the TV menus for an "information" or "statistics" page and see whether you can find the frequency that you're receiving on.

There should be three different frequencies, one for TVNZ channels, one for TV3/Four/C4, and one for everything else (eg. Prime).

If you're using Te Aroha (which it seems that you're not!) then these should be 674/690/706 MHz respectively. If your figures are different then post them here and I may be able to look them up and see where you're getting signal from.

I have an info button but it doesn't tell me any of the frequencies, infact I can't  find the frequencies anywhere

The weird thing is, the list button on my remote (which has nothing to do with the epg), shows the correct channels, well the same channels as yours shows.

Its almost as if I am getting the wrong EPG for my region.
