Since we moved (last week) to Thames from the Hauraki Plains, our digital Freeview (Topfield TF6000Fe box connected to a Sky dish) has taken up to an hour to show TV1 and 2, whereas the other channels are just fine.

We've tried a factory reset (which oddly, seemed to make everything worse) and it also seemed at first as if the box wouldn't hold our manual settings.

Does anyone have any clue why this might have started happening since our move?

The dish is out of alignment and/or the low noise block is compromised by moisture in it maybe.

As above, I'd put money on you having an 'oval' ex sky LNB on your dish.  These are failing all over the country at the moment, in ways like you are describing.

Does your lnb look like this?:

The answer long term is to replace it with a new one, from here (for example only):

Doesn't have to be a dual one as you'll probably never use the other part of it anyway.
