version 1.2a relased

Problems Solved

During playback fastforward or rewind caused the audio and video to get out of sync.
Inserting the HDMI cable into the receiver made it to reboot.
Unable to A-B point mark the recording editing dialog.
On Initial bootup Teletext is not fully displayed until the TTXT key is pressed again.
When Teletext is displayed the USB Ready message display is corrupted.
EPG is invoked during the playback.
Incorrect count of AD in channel banner.
Formating the HDD doesn't refresh the information in Media Information dialog.
Recall List not invoked when Teletext subtitle is enabled.
In Info page details audio bit-rate shown as 0.00 Kbps.
Junk characters displayed if event name have a more than 20 characters record booked list dialog, when booking any one event for recording.
Screen blanking on radio channels after 30 seconds.
Teletext subtitle timeout problem when stopping playback of recorded content ? The last watched teletext subtitle remained in Live service.
When formatting the HDD, before you select yes it now says "You will lose all data".

Modifications Done

Password not required when deleting a single recorded content.
Subpage selection in Teletext is now working .
List Movement while deleting the recorded content in both Thumbnail browser and Library
Whenever the Playback is finished or forcibly stopped by the s/w, then it should return to the Thumbnail browser or Library Accordingly
Add below sorting operation 1. Sort by A - Z2. Sort by Z - A3. Sort by Date
Default wakeup timer mode changed to ?Recording? rather than ?Services?.
Need to handle the Time shift record on/off function in menu.
Timeshift mode is off by default.
Need to set the default Rec start offset as 1Mins and end offset as 5Mins

'Well supported' as in they are releasing a lot of fixes, but have not yet got a stable product?

That's called commissioning / testing to me, with the question being why is it even on the market at this stage?

I think it's now a relatively safe bet. Whereas the initial buyers will have to have jumped through hoops to get 1/2 decent results. However, the bug fixes have also brought about improvements like USB recording - which is nice.
Oh well, its not something I'd want from a company, but almost everyone on the market is the same. Even though others may say otherwise, you would not, for example, get me buying the new Magic TV box for at least another 6 months... enough time for them to iron out as many bugs as possible.

DF,

Possibly,

I know that one company does extensive testing ,here and at their facility , ands also send hardware & software engineers here to assist with testing & sorting out as many issues as possible , before the product is released.

There are currently 3 products undergoing testing ATM
