Can someone point me to where I can download the Power Scheduler plugin?? The Media Portal plugins page doesn't seem to have anything, I've tried searching and browsing.

FYI, GBPVR automatically wakes the computer to record. I'm surprised MediaPortal doesn't do it out of the box.

Edit: never mind, I found it on the Plugins tab of the MediaPortal configuration. It's bundled with Media Portal.

It's not a download it is already part of TV-Server.  Just open TV-Server Config, click on plugins, and select Powerscheduler.

Power Scheduler will appear on the directory tree on the left hand side as a subfolder of plugins.  Select it and work your way through the tabs to configure.

Hi

Firstly I hope I am posting this in the right place. I have been reading these forums a lot in the past few days and found them very helpful.

I have recently installed media portal on my dell dimension computer. I have it working pretty well but one problem I am having is that it wont make the computer go to sleep, when sheduled to. I have installed the power management plugin but when it trys to go to sleep it comes up with a box saying that my keyboard is preventing it from doing so. The keyboard is a dell wireless one and the message I am getting says that the driver might need updating but when I go into control panel and try to update the driver it says I have the lates driver.

I am able to make it go to sleep by pressing the standby button on my remote and also by clicking the appropriate icon and menu on the media portal home page but it wont do it automatically after the set time because of the problem outlined above.

Any ideas how I can fix this will be much appreciated.

Regards Reg
