Just jumped from prepaid to pay monthly. Paid my first bill per "Your 2Degrees" using credit card online, internet banking shows payment processed on the 25th. 28th today and still showing as outstanding.

How long does it take for "Your 2Degrees" to update normally?

Yep - payment normally shows as having been made immediately. Contact 2degrees.

There has been an issue with Flo2Cash that was resolved this morning. Can you PM your number so I can check if you would have been affected.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
