We supposedly have a account manager but after 2 emails to them (bounced box full), call to customer service to chase, then another to complain (pass message onto his boss) and still no reply I am kinda hoping the nice people that monitor this forum can help.

All we have been trying to do is return a new business phone that has died for service/repair/replacement.  Two weeks of chasing for zero progress is poor service to business.
