While I can't speak for Enable UFB, all detailing I've had with them for 'real' fiber connections have been exceptional. Just adding some balance to the situation as we don't have both sides of the story here.

Enables contractors left our place in a bit of a shambles after laying the Fibre. Every time I called Enables 0800 number the service was exceptional.
They were back 2 days later and fixed it and I then had a personal visit from the Contractor to appologies about the mess.
The 2 Downer contractors that came and did the internal wiring were also very polite and professional.

Most likely a genuine mistake, probably just frustrating for Snap to have to come out on a Saturday and run their own tests as Enable probably wouldnt take my (the customers) word on the failing speeds.

Hi James

We have raised with Enable today the issue of their slow response to your/our feedback on the extremely low upload speed.

We'll be pushing them hard to improve their approach to these types of issues, but in most other respects they are pretty good to deal with and keen to provide a good customer experience.

Pleased to hear that it is all solved now and you're enjoying your 44Mbps upload now!

Cheers
Ralph
