Hi Snap, really enjoying your broadband but just wondering if you guys have considered introducing calling minute packs?

We make quite a lot of mobile calls each month (usually costing between $70 - $120), but I've noticed some providers have started offering packs like Flip's 350 minutes for $20, which works out to 6c per minute rather than 25.

It would be great if you guys could also offer something like this

Great to hear you're enjoying your broadband service.

We're definitely keen to introduce a whole range of different calling pack options, this is a top priority for us in the New Year.

If you are spending that much on calls to mobiles, you might as well just use your mobile, buy an unlimited plan. And ditch the landline altogether.

We work from home and it is not practical for all of our calling to come and go through a mobile number.

I would not have followed this up if Snap had not indicated that they were 'definitely keen to introduce a whole range of different calling pack options'.

Sorry its taking a while longer than anticpated to get the back end changes to our billing systems sorted. Its still definitely on the roadmap as we want to be able to offer those options, but we don't have a firm timeline just yet.
