Hi All,

We are still working on a complete fix for this issue, at present we are not provisioning customers back on the 200Mbps plan until its entirely resolved. However for existing users it should be working fine, if you are still having issues then we can downgrade you to another speed without any penalty. Hopefully we will have the plan ready again for service soon!

Thanks,
TheRalph

Ah. Looks like I won't be upgrading again then. Thanks for the clarification Snap. Please post back when it's available again. Cheers.

maslink: Well fingers crossed it looks like things are fixed...solid connection with no dropouts for the last 42hrs, and 190Mbps down from Sydney, 60Mbps down from LA

Or not. Sigh.

True...48hrs between dropouts is a huge improvement.

How are those left on the 200mbps going? Have the dropouts been resolved?

Thanks for the replies all.

Looks like it doesn't matter when Snap! make it available again, if it's still dropping out not much point in getting it again.

Hopefully Snap! will post back not just about the availability but also the dropout issue which is still present.

Well this is just great. The dropouts issue that plagued the 200mbps service trial are back. Only this time on my 100/50 connection.
