Should get a master filter installed (assuming you don't have one already) then you will never have to worry about calling them.

Rubbish. I have a master filter installed, and all the times I have needed to call my ISP, it has been due to a probem at their end.

Have you tried emailing them? Some ISPs are good at replying to emails these days.

Its too bad that ISP's dont have a nice graph like iinet has over in australia. It's extremely useful to the consumer. I only had to call them twice but both times i got through under 5 minutes, because i waited until calls dropped off.
Funnily enough the support desk was based in auckland.

Eg right now they are showing an estimated wait time of 9 minutes.

Call Centres will always be busier at late afternoon/night, Snap's is 24/7 so if you call early morning or outside of peak hours you are bound to get through alot quicker.

Why dont you just use the Call Back? I've just called them now and its prompted me to use this straight away, it also keeps your place in the queue.

I wish they didn't get rid of the queue count, so if it was high, you could at least hang up and try later

Would be nice if they introduced a call back feature

Apple has one, leave a message on the website and I had a phone call within 2 minutes
