SaltyNZ: I've asked ops to have another look. I checked that the config had been updated correctly, and it has, so it's either something else now or the system requires a bigger kick than it ought to.


OK, in addition to the original problem - which was a system thing - there was also a config error when it was implemented to production. But of course that problem was masked by the first one, which stopped it from ever getting to the second one in the first place.


if i can let my frd stop sharing date with me will it fix the problem? 


Yes, but fixing the second problem will also be pretty quick so unless it's ultra urgent, may as well just wait a little longer.


OK, i may just wait 4 a bit.. however can you plez keep us uptodate if they fixed the problem?

Sorry, had a meeting - we believe this is now resolved. There have been no new complaints to care, and the specific error in the log indicating the issue is no longer appearing.
