I have one.  The call quality is fantastic compared to my old DECT phone much improved even with my fritz!box placed behind a concrete wall!

Call quality will be better because it will typically use G.711 for the air interface (or G.722 if connecting to another G.722 endpoint) rather than G.726 which is normally used by DECT.

amazing quality, i make use of the fritzfon app on my android quiet often. noticeably better quality.


and making a call thats over HD voice, is extremely clear.


fritzfon has a fair few features that pair well with the fritz that makes it well worth the purchase for me. (added advantage of it being girlfriend friendly unlike the app)
