Log into your fritz as well and it'll tell you also under the system/event log:

"Internet connection established successfully. IP address: 203.86.xxx.xxx, DNS server: 202.37.101.1 and 202.37.101.2, Gateway: 111.69.1.254, Broadband PoP: SNAP-08"

I am yet to find it on my netcomm. Also the netcomm needed ipv6 stuff turned off about 3 times before it actually turned it off when I was having massive issues with it during the outage.

Well my UFB 100/50 connection was on PoP: jill and was fine, Fritz now has me on SNAP PoP 08 and speed has dropped to 20 down and 10 up.

Getting pretty tired of Snap's sub par service at the moment. 2 Year UFB contract is up in November I'll certainly be looking at other providers.

I'm using ZyXel in bridge mode to a Mikortik. The Mikrotiks can do a scan for all PPPoE servers.

I've gone from a perfectly stable 200/50 no disconnects on :jill to a completely unstable SNAP 08. The speeds aren't affected too bad but the disconnects while downloading has come back to haunt me. I'd been free of those errors for a couple of months. Unfortunately we had a power cut during the night and lost the log.

I'll try and get hold of Snap a little later and will discuss with them.

My UFB 100/50 connection is still down at low speed since being moved from PoP :jill to PoP SNAP-08.

Paying Snap! for a UFB 100/50 connection and getting at best 30 down most of the time about 20.

Have sent Snap! a few tweets expressing my disappointment but had no reply. Decided to try and contact them via more traditional methods with a phone call last night. Got through after 20 mins. CS Rep tells me there are issues with no ETA of a fix. That's it. I ask him about terminating my contract, he tells me I was an early UFB adopter so I must be on an older contract, he puts me on hold whilst he checks. 2O Mins later I hung up.

Pretty much had it with their all round subpar service now.

give ralph a pm, express yourself in a reasonable manner and you should get some decent results.
