Anyone else experiencing this? Their website says no known issues, support phone line says wait 30 minutes then restart your modem. My router says PPPoE timeout.

I moved to UFB for reliability, especially during natural disasters...

From their Twitter feed:

"Hi All, we had an outage on a core node but this failed over and your connections should be able to reauthenticate now, sorry again for this"

Shame they didn't update their website. Not too bad a recovery time, but they've had a couple of failures recently.
