Well this is now the second month I've received a "Data sharer is out of data" message when:

a) I still have over 1Gb of data myself ($19 prepay), and
b) my wife (Data sharer - $29 postpay) has over 1.5Gb remaining too!

Anyone else getting these messages?

Although it doesn't stop the data working, they are an immediate 'flag' to go check whats happening, and a PITA to recieve when it's all just fluff anyway!

From their site:

"When you activate Shared Data, all data on your Plan – including your Plan Data and any Data Value Packs – will be shared with the devices you choose" (http://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/paymonthly/why-paymonthly/shared-data)

and

"Prior to using the Shared Data of the Parent Plan, the Linked Plan(s) will first use up any Value Pack, Plan or Bonus data entitlements applicable to the Linked Plan." (http://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/c/document_library/get_file?uuid=84486ba4-e688-46e7-8508-5da34b9019fc&groupId=10128

so something is definitely broken here!

Hi there,

Can you pm your numbers, your wife's name, address and DOB for authentication and the dates/times you received these messages so we can look into what caused it.

Thanks
^POB

PM sent, thanks!

...from the lack of general response I guess mines an unusual one :)
