Anyone else affected? It's mentioned on their tech support line but not on the network status page. I've had Snap UFB down maybe 15 mins, the phone line said restart modem in 30 mins.

Yes. It went down at 1:42. I called SNAP and there is a known issues.

Nothing over here in Christchurch, I don't use VoIP so I can't comment on that part, still using copper for phone.

It's back as of 2:08, that was reasonably quick, maybe 15 minutes downtime. Curious what the cause was.

It's generally pretty reliable so I don't consider it an issue.

Affected VDSL too

This is the second outage for the lower NI this week too

Still out in Wellington as of 3.30pm, Ive got work to do and need the internet for it! Come on snap, we've been getting this every 2 days or so for the last two weeks and its crap :(

Looks to be down again... VDSL in Palmerston North.

It's down again.

 

Called them and they advised its a scheduled maint.

 

This has to be the 5th time this month already, wtf is going on?
