Hello

I recently changed a 2Degrees Snapper sim to a Semble sim. I have an unsupported phone, so registered the sim on another phone. I have tested this and have been able to purchase items using Pay Wave.

A few days later i started the new Snapper app (Android) on my phone and a message popped up that it was creating a new Snapper card. I now appear to have a Snapper card associated with my Semble sim (checked this on the website).

I haven't been able to check if it actually works, so was interested if anyone else has got this working.

Thanks

The Semble-ready SIM works the same way as the Touch2Pay SIM as it has the secure element available to apps. The Snapper Mobile app created the new card there as it would if you had a Touch2Pay SIM.

You should be able to reload the new Snapper card, pay, etc as usual.

If you have an old Snapper card I suggest you call their help desk and ask for a token to transfer the balance.

Yes, the Snapper/Touch2Pay SIMs are being retired and replaced by Semble SIMs which you can swap over free in 2degrees stores if you already have a Touch2Pay SIM.

Cheers
