Well learn from my mistake think twice before resigning to 2degrees , Reasons they not same company as snap was the big company very little given resolve simple issue like replacing a faulty modem. Have called their call center numerous times have one rep trying to solve problem but regardless of her efforts it seems their is delay after delay in what seems to be simple issue.
Modem turn up on Friday found to be fault due to endless disconnection. Line test etc were generated in process my vdsl line drop down 2 profile on were previously stable ie from dlm 0 to dlm 2 . That in own will take several months to correct. Eventually on Monday night modem failed all connectivity far network goes . When tempting to force ping device in isolated single pc to modem scenario I got results but it came back with ping response over 4000ms were should be zero. I left modem activity pinging for around 40 minute and eventually return to zero. So just make matter worse it shows wifi as active but modem light for wan is off and again no wifi site  present to be seen in wifi connection either my phone tablet or laptop. My thoughts are modem is obviously faulty.
Just sad to  think I have resort to showing this on public forum but I guess public need to know especially the old snap customers that have seen what was decent company piror to merge been wreck by it. O by way my old modem hasn't drop since I was force plug back in due above occurring.
Call center phone wait times have gone to like 2 min max wait to anything up to 1hr looks like that way things are now comparable to spark orcon Vodafone etc next they ship off shore to some other country to keep there costs down. .
I'm gutted to be on new 12 contract now

Psilan: Applied for plan change last week via website since it didn't mention the connection fee or contract term. (so I just get open contract I presume)
Received Neon 6 month code this week.
Nothing else lol.

Same here, My old 200GB 85$ vdsl plan did not get grandfathered. They reduced it to 100GB, I applied for a plan change 1 year term on 3rd of August. Got my neon code, got a text saying plan has changed. Have not received a modem and still says on 100GB plan on website which I have gone over. I gonna just wait a few weeks. They shouldn't charge be for over cap though?

I am in the same boat. Trying to find out what will happen to my Snap-era plan once I hit the cap. Emailed 2degrees 6 days ago but haven't got a response yet. Sent a follow up email 2 days ago, no reply. Just sent another one and I'm creating a new thread in this forum to see if I can get a response.

My recent experience with 2degree boardband:
I'm more than unhappy, I'm FURIOUS. You need to wait 25min each time you need to reach the customer service, and not even an apology for the waiting. I was already on their 69$ plan, I called them complaining about breaking connection at night. They advise me to upgrade to the 89$ VDSL. I did=> they screwed up when they switch plan and I had to stay 2 days without internet.
