Was on Snap, open term. Waited to see what the new deal would be. Eventually decided to stick with them and go unlimited, drop the snapphone.  Trying to carry out a simple plan change...they just cannot do it for some reason. What makes matters worse is that they said they would sort it and phone me back. That was over a week ago. Now I'm out of data and don't have much patience left either. 

I've tried email, no response. Their 0800 number has me waiting for longer than I have time to spare. Reminds me so much of Vodafone.

I guess I'm going to...move to an ISP that will take my money?

My suggestion is switch ISP's. I have had nothing but poor customer service from Snap recently. I called up to get my login password changed last night and was transferred between 3 people before the last person rest the wrong password and then put me on hold to fix it and the call was cut off.

When I called back the person who answered the call was able to sort it in 10 seconds....

Yeah, I've tried that.

Gotta admit, I'm pretty pissed off with these clowns. I spoke to them on the phone, specifically, because I had a feeling from reading these threads that their systems are crappy. The guy on the phone was nice and said they would sort it out in a day or two.

Now if they were upfront and said, "it's a mess, wait for a month" I would have conserved my data. But no. I trusted them to do what they said they would. They have been good in the past.

Dude, read what I said.

They made promises. If they can't deliver it is a black mark going forward.

I'm not "in a huge rush". I'd just like them to do what they said they would do.
