Here is a really silly question, but how do you log in to 2degrees webmail? Logging into the broadband account page works fine, but logging into webmail using the format username@snap.net.nz doesn't work.

It should be the same password to log in as the broadband page, shouldn't it?

Enter your username without the @snap.net.nz -- works for me.

I can access mine OK both with and without the @snap.net.nz. Same password as my Snap/2D account.

Give them a ring, queue shouldn't be too long at this hour of the night..
Hopefully they have fixed the calls getting cut off issue..
