2degrees should consider changing their current IVR which is "we are experiencing unusually high volume of calls" to "we are experiencing high call volumes as usual, please wait a few hours".

Hi all

We know some of you are experiencing long wait times when calling about broadband and we want to apologise for that.

The response to our broadband offer has been far greater than we expected. We are adding more staff to reduce these wait times and serve customers more quickly.

Please bear with us over the next few weeks as we bring service levels back to an acceptable level.

Kind regards
The team at 2degrees
