My customer has moved into a 2 year old approx apartment building on Balfour Road, Parnell

this apartment building is UFB only -  there is no copper going into it.

All the other tenants in the building - after the same set of struggles, managed to get their fibre connected after what im also told, is massive struggles with similar issues.

Each apartment was pre-wired for fibre with the end of the fibre sitting in their own apartments distribution cabinet im told, which  makes sense, this is how
Chorus did the new NorthWest mall which is also Fibre Only.

He is the last one to move in, and the only reply they can get from Chorus is there is no UFB available in that building  (also no Copper)

this is a 2 year old building, and even after the building management meeting with Chorus, and begging them to get their database and process sorted
so tenants stopped having this problem - has made no difference.

There has been a ton of calls and no progress is been made

thanks Ralph i believe your intervention got this sorted, a lady from Chorus is now looking after this, and have moved them past the consent process to scoping

she also admitted they had messed up the records for that building and they are aware their is fibre in all floors already and it shouldn't happen again to any more customers
in that building.

Hi Ralph

can you please help, this is silly, Chorus called me a lady called Raziya Start of November saying they did infact have the consents for the (UFB only) building etc
and apologised and said they would fix their system so it shows it does have UFB and noone would have this problem in the future for this building

everytime ive called you guys since then to get a update, 2degrees help desk tell me they are STILL waiting for consents as at 18th November.

ive called several times since the 18th  asking for an update, however they havent logged these requests on the account apparently, despite the helpdesk
saying they would submit the request for an update

this order is going nowhere, UFB only building no copper,

this has already taken longer than the other installs in the same building that are using Vodafone UFB from other tenants in the building,
and we are still nowhere, not even a call from the scoping guys to make a date.
