2D Broadband Status page says having major internal network issues at the moment.
(At least they admit they have a problem :-) )
POP for my account times out to.

There is a thread about their voice being down and they said major service outages over the place (2degrees who now own snap) so likely linked...

I wasn't able to access their webmail website page from about 4pm
I contacted them via their online chat the guy couldn't give me any reason except to say there is an outage.
None of my snap emails are not working.
Its been 2hrs now.

Hi everyone

We are currently experiencing issues with our Broadband hosted voice and internal systems affecting calls to our Broadband Care team, on-line portals (broadband balances/sign-ups etc) and webmail. If you have rebooted your modem, or you have tried to reconnect, your modem will not be able to authenticate.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we work on fixing it as soon as possible.

Our outage has now been resolved, all affected customer-facing systems are now back up and functioning.

If you continue to experience issues, please reboot your modem, and if that doesn't do the trick please call our helpdesk on 0800 022 022 opt 2.
